1. The warranty period of all our products is two years (excluding vulnerable parts), calculated from the date of acceptance. During the warranty period, the buyer shall use and maintain the equipment in accordance with the provisions of the accompanying documents provided by the seller.
2. The Seller shall train 1-2 operation and maintenance personnel for the buyer free of charge during the product acceptance training, and provide the buyer with telephone technical consulting services free of charge.
3. The Seller shall carry out lifelong maintenance of its equipment. For equipment beyond the warranty period, the Seller shall charge corresponding maintenance fees.
4. If any part is damaged during the warranty period, the warranty period shall be recalculated from the time of replacing the part. During the warranty period, the Seller shall provide equipment maintenance and replacement parts (except vulnerable parts) for electrical components damaged not due to the buyer's improper use. The Seller shall reply within 4 hours after receiving the buyer's notice, arrive at the site within 24 hours, and solve the problem within 48 hours.
5. The Seller shall be responsible for the after-sales service free of charge within the warranty period. The Seller shall make a written response to the buyer within 24 hours after receiving the service notice; For problems that the buyer cannot solve by itself, the seller's Engineer shall go to the user's site for maintenance within 3 working days.
6. For equipment faults that cannot be eliminated by the buyer's maintenance personnel outside the warranty period, the seller's engineer must provide free telephone and fax answers. The Seller shall be responsible for the configuration and manufacturing quality of the equipment, and the whole machine shall comply with relevant manufacturing standards and safety and environmental protection requirements.
7. Ordering of accessories. Our company has a spare parts warehouse for products, which provides spare parts and corresponding after-sales services for a long time. The Buyer notifies the seller in writing by fax in advance. The equipment accessories provided by the seller are guaranteed to be genuine accessories of the original factory. The seller should reply to the buyer in time about the supply time and cost, and ensure that they are delivered within 48 hours after receiving the buyer's valid payment certificate, so as to ensure the use of users.
8. The Seller shall conduct after-sales tracking of the equipment once a month, conduct customer return visits, and timely communicate and solve the problems of the buyer in use.
