1. Delivery period of equipment: 30 days from the effective date of the contract (i.e. receiving the advance payment of the contract amount). (excluding the days of national legal holidays, the days of legal holidays shall be postponed accordingly).
2. The supplier shall be responsible for the transportation and expenses of the equipment to the demander's site. Transportation mode: automobile transportation. Users must provide lifting equipment and coordination personnel for equipment unloading and installation on site free of charge.
3. Before the installation and commissioning of the equipment, the demander must confirm that the necessary installation conditions such as water, electricity and temporary residence required on the equipment site are ready, and notify the supplier to send commissioning technicians to the demander's site to assist the demander in completing the installation. Meanwhile, during the equipment installation and commissioning, the supplier's commissioning technicians shall be provided with the convenience of dining in the staff canteen, and the dining expenses shall be paid by the supplier. At the later stage of equipment installation and commissioning, the supplier shall provide free training for the demander's on-site equipment management personnel and production operators, including the operation, use, maintenance, etc. of the equipment.
4. The acceptance of the equipment shall be jointly completed by the supplier and the demander, and the Demander shall provide the acceptance report of the equipment, which shall take effect after being signed by the representatives of the supplier and the demander. The acceptance standard of the equipment shall be in accordance with this design scheme.
1. After the final acceptance of the equipment, the warranty period of the equipment is: one year, excluding vulnerable parts.
2. During the warranty period, if the user (i.e. the demander) calls or writes due to equipment failure, the supplier will reply within 4 hours; If you need to send someone to the scene to solve the problem, we will send someone within 48 hours. After the warranty expires, we will continue to provide quality service. In case of equipment damage, we will continue to provide spare parts and equipment maintenance at preferential prices.
3. We promise: no matter what causes the equipment failure, first repair the equipment to ensure normal production.
