The saturated steam passes through the steam heat exchanger. Under the action of the circulating fan, the air flows through the surface of the heat exchanger to realize heat exchange. Then the heated hot air is sent to the steam heating paint drying room for heat exchange with the workpiece to achieve the purpose of heating. Then, it returns to the steam heater for heating through the return air pipeline to form an internal circulation. After repeated heating, the indoor temperature reaches the set value. When the temperature reaches the set value, the steam solenoid valve will automatically stop working. At this time, the fan will continue to work, and the indoor temperature will gradually decrease. When the temperature drops to a set value, the steam solenoid valve will automatically work, so that the temperature will rise to the set value again. The drying room is equipped with a multi probe combustible gas concentration detection device. When the solvent concentration reaches 25% of the explosion limit (which can be freely set), the alarm will be given immediately. At this time, the conveying system will stop operating. The drying temperature is automatically controlled by the temperature sensor, and three measuring and control points are set in the length direction.
